Default Tire Fitment, 97 Accord, offset questions

Whats up guys.. I had 15x8 xxr 501's plus 15 offset with a 195/50/15 tire. Now I have been "out of the game" for about half a year, finally have money again and redoing my car.

The pic at the bottom is what it looks like now. I plan to do a lip and some depo headlights, but not any more lowering. Its low enough to where I am low, and not killing the underneath of my car. With that said, I want to fit some tires and rims into my height restrictions.

I have been looking at 17's but really don't like big rims. The max I want to go is 16". Looking at going with a 16x8 xxr 501 again, plus 15 offset but what size tire?? I am trying to fully understand this metric system.

I am between a 205/55/16 and a 215/50/16. I need the height because the 195/50 was too tiny and had too much wheel gap. I pulled up some height charts and these two sizes were closest to the STOCK 195/60/15 tire size. What tire is best for a 16x8 and will be EQUAL or a little taller then my stock 195.60's?? I am not into stretching. I personally like a beefy tire, even on offset. Please don't flame, I am here for knowledge to help make a better decision. Once its said and done, and I post picks you can flame LOL

Here is a picture for height reference.

I have some 16x8 et20's for my '97. I just ordered some 225/50/16. According to several online calculators, that is the closest size to the stock 185/65/15 tire.
I guarantee you'll be rolling your fenders. I'll probably have to roll mine and I'm not lowered very much.
Here is a link to the calculators I used

Those help tremendously. Especially the bottom one. Looks like a 205/55/16 is going to get me the exact size I am at pretty much. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT CALCULATOR!!

And rolling it will be close.

What have you done to the suspension? I love the way it looks.
