Default B18C1 low compression on cyl 4

Alright guys, I have a b18c1, and had not driven it for a long time. Now its idle really bad, sounded like a subaru. I checked the injectors and pulled each clip at a time and cyl 1 & 4 stumble, and the 2 & 3 dont do anything. So i thought it was the injectors. That is not the case.

So i decided to do a compression test on the b18 and numbers came cyl 1 the one close to the cam gears is 150psi and the rest cyl 2 , 3, 4 got 215psi.

Now my question is, possible that i have a bad valve seal? or can it be a piston ring gone bad?

any inputs are great, and appreciated.

add oil to that cylinder and recheck. the 'subaru' sound most of the time is a burnt valve.

i just added oil to cyl 1, and yes the compression went up. so it is a piston ring..

thanks for the input.

You will need to perform a leak down test to locate exactly if it is a valve..Since you said that the car was sitting, put the engine to TDC and see if the lines meet.
