Default First time doing a swap, input please!

Im pullin a 97 spec jdm b16a outta my buddys 96 hatch. i have a 2000 civc ex. anything im gonna need specialy? hes givin me everytthing, including brackets, mounts, harness, ecu, ect. Anything i shuold keep in mind? and how hard is it goin to be. ive owned hondas for years, but this is going to be my first swap ever done. i want everything to be legit and go smoothly. btw can any one tell me how muhc horse that motor puts out, ive read its around 170. he has some bolt ons for it so im assuming its a little more then that. I know theres a thread for how to do a swap, but cant find it, if anyone has the link please share. please give me ur input and suggestions, much appreciated.

It depends how mechanically inclined you are. It would take me 35 mins to pull out the b16a, and 2hrs to get the other car started, but you will need to go to autozone/pepboys and rent pitman arm puller, tie rod end fork (lower ball joints), if you have ac save one of the 12mm bolts (your going to need it to use to hammer out the linkage pin, a pair of breaker bars (Axles). I dont use any of these anymore because over the years ive purchased the specialty tools. but its pretty basic.
