does anybody know where i can get one so i can remove a radiator support off an integra?

 

Look at the rivet and try to determine the size of the shaft. Then go down to the store and get a metal bit the same size or a little bigger. I've found a bit that's a little bigger works better.

 

I'm suspecting you actually want a "SPOT WELD drill bit". Those are available all over the place.
