I am swapping a ls motor into my 1990 crx dx. The car is dual point and I need multipoint. So I have a complete spare crx si harness laying around so could I just tear out the entire old chassis harness and put in the si harness and everything work fine right?

 

as long as the si harness is also from a 90-91 then yes. just remember where each connector goes or take pictures or mark them. also if you si harness is from an 88-89 then you will also need to swap in the matching cluster from the new harness.


or you can just convert your stock DPFI harness to MPFI and call it a day.

 

what he said, so long as you use both the si chassis and engine harness it will work just fine.

 

And they match the year it came out of for example 90 dx i would use a 90 or 91 si harness right
