Default Wiper arm

..this is the second time ive been thru this on my car. Im driving and the driver side wiper jus slides over off windshield....the clip on the arm "im assuming" broke off...(like the first time) and now on one arm is working. Is there some type of mod or fab or something that is more reliable then those little white ball clip thingys.....i dont wanna have to go find a whole wiper mechanism again because clips keep cracking

I am assuming that you have a '92.

What you need is a new #11
76540-SS0-003 ROD UNIT A $15.32

or #12
76550-SS0-003 ROD UNIT B $16.28
http://www.hondapartsnow.com/genuine...0-SS0-003.html
or both. I am leaning toward #12 though since it is the driver's (LH) side wiper

Yeah if your wiper arms move freely on their own then you need those linkages, they're pretty cheap and easy to install. Just make sure you do them 1 at a time and make sure the wipers are reset at the off position or else the timing will be off and they'll hit each other when turned on.

If they're not to pricey, you might as well just replace both while your in there. I did this to my wife's accord over the summer and, while its not hard to do at all, it is a ton easier to do both while you've got it apart than do it twice if the other one fails too

yeah, those bushings are usually worn out by the time the car is over ten years old. mine on the lude were so shot, the driver side wiper went off the windshield a few inches.
