Icon3 B18b1 swap in 92' Honda Civic Si (Engine kicking & frustrating)

I currently have a b18b1 in my 92' Honda Civic Si. It seems that the engine is bogging and feels like it's not getting juice as I hold the pedal at a steady RPM & Speed. I have no idea what is going on & would like some assistance ASAP plz!! Thank You

Firing order needs to be checked, Timing, and with a noid light (harbor freight) injectors.

if all is good check fuel pressure.

check your tps sensor (throttle position sensor)

Get a Meter.
Start car'
Stick a saftey pin in the middle wire.
Connect red lead to saftey pin
Black wire to ground
Lossen tps sensor
Move around sensor
Untill you get .5 volts at idle
And 4.5 at wide open throttle
