If it happens only when braking it is likely brake rotors, however from what you describe I would say a combination of two things. Bad alignment (causing tire wear) and tires out of balance (causes the vibration). Is it possible that since you are going through tires often that you only pay to have them mounted and not balanced as well? That would be your easy fix. Tire balance and alignment

i had the alignment done when i changed the rack, and the wheels were balanced when i bought another set of tires, the tires are not wearin unevenly they go bald almost perfectly even across the whole tire, i was thinken if maybe it could be possibly the wheel bearings but i am not sure

do your wheels whine when you drive because that could be the bearings

no it doesnt whine but i get a loud creaking sound from the driver side when i make turns or even when i am parked and turn the wheel it makes the same sound, but it seems like somethin is loose and the wheels tend to pull to one side when i drive over cracks or uneven pavement but i ve double checked everythng to make sure nothin was loose

Could be an axle or wheel bearing, double check the alignment.

Its the tires. Get them rebalanced. If you have steel wheels one could be bent. Also it is possible you have a bad engine mount
