like the title says.. i'm looking for lowering springs for my 96 coupe.

Not looking to spend a whole load so please keep that in mind.

other things i'm looking for:
-96 coupe mud guards (looking for newish ones, or atleast w/o tears or rips)
-96 coupe stock clean floor matts
-99-00 ex tail lights or in other words the red and white tail lights

depends on how much:
-96+ cheap aftermarket clear headlights (Unless you have cheap 96+ clear headlights that aren't oxidized for cheap)
-98+ EX cluster (in other words I need a tach)
-96 NRG hub, lock, & decent looking steering wheel (not interested in the very ebay looking steering wheels that are shaped odly & have red stitching)
-keyless entry devices that you can install for me (depends on price)

99-00 civic tail lights are red. 96-98 are red/amber
