Default can i use this piping for turbo manifolds

in need of some help can i use these bends for turbo manifolds Carbon Steel S235 Pipe Fitting ,1 1/4 think its 3 mm thick mybe more heres some pictures of it
also argon gas can be used when tig welding and whats the best filler rod to use ?

These can be used. Stainless steel is better, but for budget or first build you can definetly use them. I made my first manifold from them, used 1 1/2" with 3mm wall.

cheers also i guess this piping has to be back purged too ?

No, you don't need to backpurge this, this is mild steel, which has no sugaring as far as I know.
