I need help bad, i have researched over and over and over cant find really anything..

this is the issue..

1998 Accord V6

I replaced a bad pump, just bought the car two days ago on CL, its now making a groaning noise, its not the belt, and i read about the TSB, replaced both o-rings high pressure side and the low side.

Still doing the same thing, i jacked the car up, with the car off and tried to bleed the system but i continue to get mad air bubbles from somewhere, i turn the car on it just groans when i turn the wheel..

When the car is running its like a freaking whirlpool inside the actual reservoir, the fluid is chalky looking like its full of air bubbles...

When the car is idling i can hear the actual pump making some noise, my guess is the air in the system running through it making it chatter almost..

my questions now are wtf? lol could my Rack and Pinion be bad? Whats another possibility? I know cars really well and also know this car with my eyes closed, but i have never had to track down just a power steering fix..

BTW no power steering is leaking other than out the top of the reservoir

And how do i drain all the fluid? does it maybe just need to be drained and refilled?
