My Acura TL Type-S auto-trans just failed. Car has 79K miles. It is 2002 Black with Tan leather w/ NAVIGATION. Car is in NYC. Looking for $2495 picked up. The car does not drive, but engine starts and runs fine. Acura quote to repair was too much so I want to get rid of it as-is. I understand there are many transmission options available for this motor (accord, odessey, manual TL 6-speed).

Here are pics. The pocket-back of the passenger seat has damaged clips. The leather panel is included but needs repair.
