I have a set of 2nd gen denjis that I want to retrofit. I have access to the projectors out of a 2001 audi a6 for cheap. Has anyone had any experiance with these projectors? Ive searched and only found info on the tsx and the E46 retro fit mostly. Obviously it will take some enginuity on my part but I just want to make sure its possible without alot of complications. I also have access to corvette projectors. has anyone tried them? I figured I should probably stay with an import projector but I can get the vette ones for free.

 

all i know about the audi is that its a D2S projector its a good quality projector though have the audi HID projectors in my Audi A4 S-Line and they ahve a nice cut off line but not better than my M3 Projectors in my civic... close though

I have found more info on other projectors but not much on the a6. I believe the a6 has veleo (sp) projectors just no confirmation. Is there a reason people go with the tsx, e46,rx300,etc projectors more than the a6's?
