I first noticed it a few days ago but became more frequent today. It happens when i take off from a dead stop and also when i go into 2nd gear. I feel most of the vibration in the shifter

Info on the car
-stock d16y7 and 5 speed trans w bolt ons (y8 mani, off brand header)
-axles are worn and need to be replaced
-checked mounts and fluid levels and all are good
-front wheel bearings are getting louder but that started long ago
-no other leaks or problems i can see all seems normal

Chatter coming from where?

 

It feels like its coming from the engine bay. The whole car vibrates but i feel it the most in the shifter. Also i can see the rearview mirror vibrating as well

 

Could it be the exhaust rattling somewhere?
