i have a 94 del sol d16z6. ok so my ecu recently got fried. i threw on an 94 civic lx automatic ecu that i had laying around and the car started right up. im thinking about just converting it over to a mt ecu for now but i how do i go about chipping the ecu so i could hook up my s200 to it so i could atleast drive around with out my motor not blowing up. any insight would be much appreciated. thanks ahead.

Could I desolder the socket from my old ecu and put it in the good ecu and ally basemap would download on there?

Can you solder? Then it should not be an issue.
