i have a 98 civic dx hatch back, ive had it for a while now it has no mods what so ever unless you call an air freshner and i love jesus bumper sticker a mod.. but i want to do a turbo kit.. its a 5 speed. cost is not an option. i would like to do a clutch, and turbo kit.. would revhard be a good option? i want to get the car to run mid to low 13's in the 1/4 and use it as my dailey driver.
im open to opinions.. thanks
