Ok so im starting my swap and i have everything figured out except for the wiring aspect. I have a 92 hatch with a jdm d15b. Swapping an h22a4. What would be the easiest way to wire it up without breaking the bank. Splice into the harness and do it yourself? Completely new harness? Help me out guys i need help!!

 

70 views and nothing guys? Also can i run a p28 with this? and if so do i have to chip it?
