This could be something stupid, but i cant find the problem.

1. my brake lights on my hatch wont werk, the turn signals and parking lights work fine. but when i hit the brake the lights wont turn on.

I heard about the brake pedal switch but i doubt thats the problem, what else could be wrong? i checked every single fuse in the car and nothing. could it just be the bulbs? or a short in the interior harness?

2. my hazard lights recently stopped working, but my signal lights work perfect, but hazard lights wont work. i also checked fuses and nothing. can someone please help out. thanx.

car is a 2000 honda civic hatch.

You probably have the wrong brake light bulbs installed. You need double filament bulbs that double as taillights and brake lights.

Also test whether the hood fuse for the hazard lights has voltage.
