Powdercoated Parts, VC, Fuel Rails,Brackets,etc.. B18 D16 F22
I have some parts that were lying around that I thought I would sell. I started doing powdercoating to do parts on my own cars and friends. I just want to make it clear, I'm not a business and these are all parts I powdercoated for my friends or my projects and plans fell though so now they are all just sitting around. Once all these parts sell that is it, I'm not going to keep relisting parts like some people I've seen. If you are interested in doing something custom, just PM me and we can talk about it.
Here is the process I went through for each part:
-Used paint stripper to remove old paint/powdercoating (sand blasting leaves sand under the baffle, which can ruin an engine...I'm not a big fan of it)
-Sanded out the rough spots
-Cleaned the surface with acetone over and over until perfectly clean
-Preheated and cleaned again (contaminants can come out only when heated and ruin the finish if you don't pre heat the part and clean)
-Then the color
-Then some Gloss clear to seal it in
Next, some upper water necks:
-Powdercoated Gloss Black, neck was masked off so getting the radiator hose on will be like normal. One is from a D15B7 92-95 chassis and one is from a 88-91 chassis. $15 shipped each

Next I have some rear tranny mount brackets:
-Powdercoated Gloss black (no clearcoat on these), I have two brackets; one is from a EG with stock engine/trans. EG bracket $40 shipped

Then some Fuel rails:
-Powdercoated Gloss black, clean up your engine bay without the cost of aftermarket rails (powdercoating also is resistant to fuel). One is from a DA and the other is from a ED/EF. $28 shipped each

Lastly, an altermator bracket:
-Powdercoated Gloss black, little details in cleaning up your engine bay make the biggest difference. $13 shipped

All prices are OBO. Shipped within 2 days (mostly same day), shipped with insurance. Paypal only (send as gift or add 3% for fees). Thanks for looking.
