wat good guyz i have a question which turbo exhaust manifold such fit both h23 n f23 on a 96 honda accord lx ???

i did it keep on giving me t3/t4 turbo manifold n i have a garrett gt28rs turbo would it fit??

 

the t3/t4 turbo manifold won't work for the gt28rs but if you get the t3/t4 turbo manifold and you can get or find a adapter plate for a t3/t4 to to what ever turbo flange the gt28rs is. lol if that helps or if you can understand what i'm saying.
