hey, is that IACV the same thing on a gsr??? Im trying to find whats wrong with my car, doesn't idle right. ANd i might need a new 1. let me know if the gsr is the same thing or not.

 

It's the same on all OBD-II Hondas.

 

weird. Is that located right on top of the intake? My car doesn't idel at 1750 rpms till 2500 rpms. if I try to hold it at that rpm, it goes up, then falls, over and over. does it sound like my iacv is broken?

 

It's on the back of the IM. Your problem sounds like either a) vac leak, b) air in your coolant, or c) bad IACV. I would check them in that order.
