B16a1 - Need help with part number for crankshaft gear compatible with CKF sensor
Hi,
i would like to change my EDM B16A1 lower timing belt pulley to a one from a USDM B16A2 engine (or equivalent) to use the target wheel which honda used for the CKF sensor as a crank input for my standalone ecu.
Because i have some space issued, there is no other way to install a crank target wheel on my engine in my car.
But i have some trouble identifying the correct part number.
I watched hours in the EPC and found three part numbers of timing belt pulley which have a target wheel attached. But unfortunatly the picture in the epc is always the same and i'am not sure if it's for a D-Series or B-Series engine.
Maybe someone can give me the correct partnumber for a B-Series engine.
13621-P2F-A01
13621-P2J-003
13621-P2J-J01
Hope soneone can help...
if someone has such a wheel installed and knows the honda partnumber i would also appreciate very much to know it...
best regards

The Engines equiped with a CKF Sensor have a target wheel on the lower timing belt pulley. The one without a CKF Sensor doesn't have them. The target wheel are the teeth on the outside of the pulley which are being used by the sensor to detect the engine position.
I also found another partnumber, but i'am not sure, because it's from an aftermarket site and concerning the modelyear it contains to a '2000 CRV F20 engine, but the site says that it will also fit (or beeing the replacement part) for a B16A2 Civic Si engine...
the partnumber is 13621-P72-A01, maybe someone can double check that.

Not 100% sure what the OP is talking about....but if he's talking about just upgrading the CF sensor to an OBDII model, just install a newer il pump and sensor....here is a pic of both styles
Thread title edited for clarity.

Sorry, the whole side doesn't work for me... and i have no VIN from an US vehicle, if i would enter my vin i propably would get the part number from the european model.
The part number at Majestic Honda is 13621-P72-A01. It costs $55.74 not including shipping and handling. You may also need the timing belt guide plate (13622-PR3-000) for $13.
