I wanted to make a thread because I do not know what the heck this is at all. Ok the problem is a humming noise from the head and the car is off and the battery cables were disconnected because I thought it was an electrical sound coming from the alternator.. But that wasn't it. So I took a long pry bar and placed it on the head and took my ear and listened to the sound at the end of the pry bar and heard it loud and clear. Is there any electrical parts in the head I do not know about? It will humm for a second and then go away and then come back this has gone on for like a hour or so now. Is this anything to worry about? It sounds like a bug in my motor like a fly stuck in a spider web kind of noise if this makes any sense. Any help would be great. Thanks.
