why wont you smog it for your buyer? is it because you know it wont pass (not sure why it wouldn't though as you stated in the OP that its stock, even the exhaust)? you do know by law its the seller's responsibility to smog any vehicle in which they plan to sell or transfer (even if the disclose they will not smog the car). not trying to blow your fs/thread up, but i'm just a bit curious as to why, as I am interested in it.

Yes, car will not pass smog and I don't have the time to fix it so it can pass smog.

Clean title, Has AC/PS, AC needs to be recharged though.

Nice teg and a pretty good price to hopefully you can find someone that doesn't care about smog if I had my s sold I would look into it I register all my cars in my home state Mississippi and they have no clue what a smog even is haha I just have to smog to get stickers for base but I am about to be out so my next car it won't matter

 

ha yeah in most other states, there is no smog, you guys are lucky, California has very strict smog laws

 

i just got off the phone with the DMV and I went down to the local office to make sure, if I put it "AS IS" on the billing invoice and if I state that it does not pass smog and you willingly buy it knowing this then I can sell it to you.
