Default speed bleeder reccomendations?

swapped all four corners from a 90 integra ls onto an 89 crx si, bled all lines, feels really mushy with stock prop valve and master cylinder. going to put on 90 ls prop valve and 91 crx si master cylinder, any advice about using speed bleeders? a parts store sells them around here for about $10, does it work well? thanks.

They work great for me. Real easy to bleed the brakes now.
