1998 supercharged gsr misfire codes

1998 supercharged gsr misfire codes
Car runs great but ecu is throwing codes saying random misfire in cylinders 1 and 3. Spark plugs were a little white on the ends of the two plugs. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks for the help.

I have not done compression test. It has a new cap and rotor. Runs great that's what is throwing me off. Could it be the distributor?
