New to Honda's and this site
Hey, I'm new to this site and to honda's like i said in the title. I got myself a 91 hatch, with a B18b1 engine/tranny. I'm thinking about just rebuilding the engine and making it a LS-T? What do you guys recommend? I would throw up some pics but I'm currently deployed in the middle east. I'm having my ol lady send me some pics of the car.
My personal opinion would be to go all-motor or supercharged for Auto-X.
I know people do just fine with a turbo setup, but hitting your 350hp wiill require a larger turbo and, unless you have $$$$, it's going to be laggy.
Drop your goal 50 hp and I think it might be a bit more manageable.
Just my personal opinion though.

okay, so all motor you say. like I said I'm new to this and I've been doing some research but I really dont know where to go and what I'm really looking for to build this car. I know i wanna rebuild the engine and put all new parts in it but whatelse should i do?

... and that leads you back to the question "what are your goals?"
IF you rebuild then you have the opportunity to build with application specific parts.
For example: Maybe high compression pistons and head work for an all-motor setup.
Or maybe reduced compression components for high boost applications.
Or just stock components to match a mild build.
Any route you go, it can be simple or very complicated. But - it all pivots around your goal.
350hp is what you started with, but I'm not sure why exactly you came out with that number.
If 350 is real, then it's time for you to decide on which route you want to take to get there.
I would suggest you research some Auto-X builds that are similar to yours and go from there.

Is this the biweekly "should I do a/how do I" LS-T thread?
Personally, I think that horsepower goal is more for straight line racing. Your best bet would be a small turbo, supercharger, or all motor. If I was building a car specificly for this - I would go 11:1 compression with a 50 trim turbo or so... See the route you want to go then come back with a thread that is better than what you started with this one.
