Default lsvtec problems

Im having problems with my lsvtec motor. Ok so I know I should not be running ls throttle cable and bracket and throttle body but I am for right now. The car is in safe mode right now its a 95 integra the 2 codes that come up are 5 and 7 witch are tps and map sensors. Now I was wondering is this because im running a ls throttle body and not a gsr one like I should be or does this mean that the sensors them self are bad??? Someone please help me out

Thanks

there's no reason you can't run an ls throttle body. you probably have the plugs switched, since they have the same style connector.
