DE TW:93 EG-hatchback, Turbo, Evan's Tuned
Ok guys, im really at a point in my life now where I just cant spend hours upon hours tinkering with this car. Its come a long way, several motors, a few bad tunes, but finally its done right and about 85% complete. Im in the testing waters phase with this, but I assure you if someone offers a decent price on it, Its gone.
The breakdown:
93 honda civic hatch (cx)
clean title
Body: 6.8/10...... needs some minor body work
1) hood dont fit right, I think it got bent back and just doesnt sit flush like it should
2) drivers front fender has some surface rust from getting keyed
3) No rust really at all in the rear quarters... amazing, i know.... maybe a little that I have overlooked
4) interior is pretty beat, its got cloth GSR front seats (tan) and the stock civic back seat... carpet is pretty beat too, but nothing crazy, car really just needs some TLC
Engine/drivetrain:
1)stock b16a2, with ARP studs, b16a head with GSR cams
2) s80 GSR transmission with ITR LSD... no idea FD or anything else. I have had case off and all the gears and syncros look very good., never had any issues grinding/pop out/ anything like that
3) custom turbo kit: full-race ramhorn, tial 44mvr gate, greddy BOV, Holset HE351cw turbo, ID1000's, GM 3 bar, s300 with boost by gear, tuned to 10.8psi by the best in the biz.... Jeff Evans. Car made 305/200 with a VERY conservative map... full boost by 5100rpms, limiter at 8200.
4) 3inch exhuast all the way from turbo to rear muffler which is stock, but car has a cutout on it to be opened if you want, or stay super sleeper with the way I have it now... does have a cat so you can get this thing passed through emmissions..etc..
5) custom 600hp intercooler (hahn that was for a DSM, we modifyed it back-door style... BOV is mounted on intercooler
I think thats about it, maybe a few things Im missing; it does have full GSR brake swap all the way around, but will need to be bled again, just put brand new master cyl. on it, but peddle still alittle soggy for some reason... rear calipers are brand new... front ones might need to be replaced...
most of the major stuff is done, but there is a decent amount of stupid odds and ends that need to be addressed... just off top of head, breaks need attention and I think dizzy is starting to take a ****... was getting weak spark the other day, replaced the ICM and car came right back to life.. so it may need new dizzy or I was going to get an external coil setup... again runs perfect right now, but as the car just sits while im at school in Pittsburgh it seems like everytime I come home there is something else that needs to be address, hence why im sick of it and just want it to go to a good home.
Car is located in Delaware.....7500.. OBO, I will work with ya but the turbo kit alone is over 3k, not to mention the custom exhuast, LSD trans, etc.
