I have a 97 Honda accord I just dropped a 95 h22a in it. WHAT IS THE RIGHT SHIFT LINKAGE TO USE THE ACCORDS OR THE PRELUDES?

 

id go with accord. 1st one l had sucked and was worn out but just replaced with another accord one and shifts great. the preludes i think is a bit longer or smaller. also the preludes cables are disconntinued so if u can find at JY and u gotta buy from dealer there $450 for accords

 

use whatever shifter you feel like. i have used accord and prelude shifters in accords. i try and match cables to the shifter for best connections though. i never had an issue though, jus had to slightly change routing of the cables sometimes.

 

Why would you bother doing things you don't have to do? Accord shifter is going to work fine for you.

 

It's basically the same sh*t. Don't bother wasting money for a Prelude one when you already have an Accord linkage in the car all installed from factory to go.
