No power in car, except brake lights ! :/
I drive a 94 honda accord with a h22a.
I was driving my car the other day, went shopping for about 30mins came back and tried to start it but the power started to drain out every time I tried to turn it on and then come back when I stopped trying to crank it. Somebody offered me a boost, but they switched the cables around in the middle of the boost -_-. The cables sparked up and then all the power drained completely. I tried changing all the fuses in the fuse boxes under the hood and inside the cabin by the driver side. What should I do next?

To replace that fuse, you use a philips screwdriver. I would disconnect the battery cables first. You don't want to accidentally bridge the connections with the screwdriver.
