Default Changing JDM headlight housings

For those with JDM fronts, how easy is it to take the headlights off and put another set on? Do you need to take the front bumper off or anything?

My LHS headlight has been getting progressively foggy and more recently some ******* put a deep scratch into the good RHS one. If it's a simple job might just change them both out since I am living in Japan and it's cheaper to buy brand new housings here.
