Looking to buy a 96-00 Honda Civic EK Hatchback, 5 speed, Silver, White, or Blue in color. Prefer to have A/C and power steering, or at least A/C. Looking for Civic with modifications (lowered w/ coil overs, wheels/tires, B16A or B18 motor, rear spoiler, header, exhaust, intake, front fog lamps, front lip, power windows, power locks, SI gage cluster, center console with armrest). $6500 budget for the right hatch. Not interested in turbo motor, unless it's with my budget.
