sounds dirty.. i wouldn't start off with a car thats even questionable.. this isn't like buying a 1987 Buick regal... just buy a clean title s2000.

 

This tells me its still damaged. 10k for a salvage title and damage that you have to fix?

You can get an clean title S2k you don't have to fix for a little more.
