can someone please tell me if these darton sleeves are improperly installed? ever since ive had it all ive had were problems whether its oil burning or overheating. look where each sleeve meets where the water jacket is. the holes dont line up and all other pictures they do.

I am NO expert...but that does NOT look right!

 

never had a sleeved block but that def doesnt look right....

 

Those holes not lining up is no big deal and wont cause the engine to consume oil. As far as the overheating issue im not sure what to tell you.

 

personally if u look up "darton sleeved block" on google images none of them look like yours the holes line up in every single one ive seen...yours look like they installed the sleeves backwards.....who did the sleeves? and what headgasket are you using?
