Default Toda Spec B or Cs on stock bottom end?

I have a really healthy b16a2, I am going to go all motor, have a tri y header, also (full exhaust), basic bolt ons and will be going to get machine work done on the head also in a few weeks here. I was hoping to pick up the TODA spec B or C cams and valve train shortly but was not sure if I should be using the them with a stock bottom end..pretty sure Ive seen a lot of set ups with them on a stock bottom end but couldnt find one off google real quick..could some one offer some advice?TODA recommends not to do it but i figured they were gonna anyway to be safe. Much Appreciated !

What part of "Toda recommends NOT to" are you having problems with?
