OEM kit didn't come in NHBP????
Tracked this master list down and I cannot seem to find any lists w/ an NHBP part #. Were these discontinued in 2000 before NHBP was introduced?
Also, if you have a Factory OEM optional kit in NHBP PLEASE reply
Thx

I get what BlueIntegraBoy is saying. None of these part numbers seem to even come up in searches for ITR parts. This leads me to believe these are not ITR parts. They're optional part numbers for standard trim level 1994-2001 Integras. Thus, it doesn't belong in this section anymore than any of my Civic or Prelude questions would fit here.
I had to look for this over multiple sources. It seems that the parts catalog would get updated occasionally and some part numbers would be removed. So, as you can see, there are definitely colors missing.
More than likely these part numbers, like most optional parts part numbers, won't do a whole lot for you besides be neat information. Optional parts get discontinued relative early and then the supplies dwindle. Just by posting these part numbers you make it so that people new to the scene can find these even easier and possibly deplete the sources that others have to search and research hard for.
As a comparision, the 2001 ITR front lip (a standard part) in Nighthawk Black Pearl (B-92P) is 71110-ST7-R01ZE.
First set of five digits of a part number: what sort of part it is (front bumper, hood, cylinder head cover, etc.)
Second set of three digits of a part number: the chassis it's made for (S04/S02/S03 is Civic EK, ST7 appears to be DC Integra, etc.)
Third set of three to five digits: these digits appear to narrow down the specifics of that part. perhaps color, manufacturer, material, etc.

^Appreciate the lengthy post but this doesn't help my dilemma. NHBP is nowhere to be found on any of these lists. I even went to the extent to call Acura and they're not showing NHBP on their internal lists
Oh, and posting the OEM kit part #'s will in no way make it easier for a newb to get ahold of one. You and I both know these were discontinued close to 10 years ago and the only way to put your hands on a set is through the classifieds. It'll take maybe a 7 second search to figure this out.............even for a newb

After downloading Windows XP mode for Windows 7 and Hondanet 2000, neither CW, PY, or NHBP optional kits were ever listed under the Type-R trim. Only trims below the R show the optional kit for sale.
But to update your list, I found this part number in my 98 spec Honda Access catalog (before PY and NHBP came out):
08F04-ST7-020A SPOILER, SIDE UNDER (NH-0 CHAMPIONSHIP WHITE)
08F03-ST7-020A SPOILER, RR UNDER (NH-0 CHAMPIONSHIP WHITE)

Perfect, so considering CW was an option, I would presume PY and NHBP were an option as well in OEM paint. Honda must have deleted these out of the system

I found various pieces of information online, so I figured one list with as much as possible shown would be better than just little bits and pieces scattered about.
I noticed before that Hondanet would leave out numbers for parts that I know were once available, but are no longer listed for some reason.

It might be another error, but the EPC mentions some of the standard '99-'00 Civic Si body parts (lips and grille iirc) in Roma Red, a color the Si never came in. (I don't know if the parts were ever actually available and able to be ordered in that color.(
I always found that weird.
Unless we find literature backing up that ITR colored optional kits were available, I think this might be hard to prove for sure. There's always the possibility that a car had the kit added by the dealership, who had the pieces color matched before mounting. I don't really know.
I've heard reports of lower trim Civics being seen with OE moonroofs when the cars were new, but that would mean an entire roofskin swap. Needless to say I'm a bit more skeptical of those claims. I also know '96-'98 Civic coupe sometimes came from the dealer with '99-'00 spoilers (the tall ones). I think this could have been the dealer trying to sell dead stock though.
Weird stuff happens to the cars at the dealers sometimes, so I wouldn't put much past them.

Also, I'd like to search for any missing colors for the list, if anyone knows the colors (or even years) that might be missing.
Thanks for the numbers, BlueIntegraBoy. I'll add them.
In theory the OE kit should have been available for all the available colors for the years the kit was made for.
The color codes I have (but I'm not so sure all of these were actually available, much less in the US on the years mentioned).

^ I think the trend is that honda produced these kits in late 97 for the 98' model years (which they knew would go to 01). In 98', both Phoenix yellow and nighthawk black pearl did not exist. Which leads me to believe those two colors were never accounted for and/or produced.
This corresponds w/ these two being left out of ALL the literature we can get our hands on. I hope I'm wrong though...............

Considering this part was OEM Honda Access on at least 1 ITR stock color (and hopefully more), I believe it does. It is also pretty interesting for those of us who'd like to purchase a used kit in stock ITR color.
I also commend you on "the way" you post............golf clap son....... golf clap
The part number for the CW optional kit was straight from a hard copy JDM 98 Spec Honda Access catalog, released prior to the years that PY and NHBP came out. The catalog also lists the kit in other colors already mentioned.

Thanks for the catalog btw.
I know sometimes overseas part numbers don't work in US version EPCs. I've tried it myself in the past.
Seemed sort of hit and miss even with just normal, standard parts that I expected would work. They didn't always even show up in a search in the EPC though.Just for a record, the reason I was being a d%ck was due to your "this doesn't belong here" bantering

Not sure if that last part of your post was sarcastic or not. I think you're being sarcastic, but that really is how I post. I've been here a long time even though I generally don't like Honda owners. I still like the cars, learning about them and helping people if I can though.
C'mon, some of you old schooler's must have an idea whether or not PY or NHBP were factory optionals??? I've seen a ton of the kits in the official pic threads and most don't look resprayed.
-ebeer for the WinnaR??
iirc
when I installed my kit on my 00' nhbp, my sides were green and the rears were red....
I had to get them painted b/c they were not offered in the factory color... And, I believe you are correct that the yellow was not available either....
The kits were never ITR specific, just a honda/acura factory option.....
