Default FS: 1994 EJ1 Honda Civic w/B18B1

I've taken good care of this car. Oil change every 3,000 miles with Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil. YES IT HAS AC!!! SO RARE FOR A HONDA LIKE THIS!! Recently replaced the alternator, battery, brakes, did a tranny flush, more I'm probably forgetting. Not really looking for trades but I’ll entertain offers. Clean title, Body has around 180xxx miles and Ls swap has around 95xxx miles

yeah i know, i just wanna get rid of it asap, so if whoever buys it before i get it fixed, they'll get a bigger discount lol..
and the owner before me thought it would be cool to powdercoat the exhaust mani blue...so i sanded down as much as i could off of it.
