Default Stolen car recovered, questions about repair.

Hey guys, so my 95 si hatch was stolen 2 months ago, luckily the police recovered my civic yesterday. i have a few questions about the repairs im going to need.

They stole my ecu and broke my ignition cylinder off. along with some other stuff, but i would like to get my car running again so what i need to know is:

1) will any D16Z6 ecu work? anything i need to look for while shopping?

2) i know what i need to fix my ignition, but i want to make sure that im getting the right one. do i need any eg ignition cylinder from a manual car or will one from an automatic work?

thanks for any input guys. i really appreciate it
