As you can tell many people have viewed this post and won't answer because it's like asking whats the best intake or best sounding exhaust to get. I just got my first Honda's a few weeks ago and I'm getting a F23a swap done in mine, luckily i have a bad-*** mechanic who is helping and teaching me at the same time and lives and breathes Honda. My advice to you would do a lot of research online or try and find a local Honda mechanic or gear head that will help you out, because the answer to that question has tons of variables and opinions on what to do and how to do it. When it's done what to do next etc... I feel for you man, I hope you find the answers your looking for. Good Luck

b series from my understanding are uncharted territory for the CB7.. check out www.cb7tuner.com for 4th gen specific stuff - great resources.

H22 and H23's are the common swap for 90-93 accords, they are a direct fit. You could then use an H2b kit and use a b series trans with the h series motor - also a great combo.

I'm going to go with answer D. None of the above.
European/Japanese Accords came with smaller displacement F series engines such as the F20 or F18. The B series is the 'small block' of Honda engines where the H and F series are the 'Big Blocks'. The B series can be had with ~200HP, but they don't make the torque like the larger F/H series 130ftlbs vs ~160ftlbs.

Being the Accord is a larger/heavier car it would be best to stick with an F/H engine.
