Just replaced cyl head gasket in my 99 accord, as I'm buttoning everything up like a jackass put my hand down on the rocker arm assembly and wouldnt you know the center rocker arm got pushed down and the piston popped out and dissapeared. SH*T!!! Can't find it anywhere.... Finding a new one isn't my issue, but the fact that the old one is floating around somewhere.

Now to the question, if by chance the piston fell down through one of the oil ports in the head am I looking at potential catastrophic engine damage, or will it just make its way into the drain pan and remain there.
