well it doesn't have the crank so that helps shave off like 45lbs... lol

I do have a fedex account which provides me 10% discount.

I honestly would charge you whatever shipping cost is.
You can pay for parts + estimated shipping.
I'l scan the recipte and paypal you refund any extra money.

I've done that a few times with buyers when shipping oddly shaped items like fenders, hoods, trannies. ect..
