Default 01 civic head gasket parts

I tried a search and im getting a ton of stuff in the fs threads, but nothing particular to what im looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking to change the head gasket on my 01 civic lx 5mt. Is there a link to all the required parts for the job?

Also, while the engine is pulled apart, is there anything wear and tear related that easy to get to that is worth swapping out while im at it? Water pump, hoses, thermostat, radiator are all new. car has approx 140k miles

Thanks!

How much are you lookin to get for the head? hoping mine can be machined but it might be worth a look
