wheel bearing or cvs joint
if the cv boot is torn on ur axle replace the axle (it has to be done anyways) but make sure to check because there may be grease there from an old axle that has been replaced.
then road test and see if the noise is still there. usually when you have a noise when driving it is the bearing. take the bearing out and check spin. you will be able to feel it if its bad. it will usually sound/feel like bad skateboard bearing when it is bad.

even with the cv boot being torn u maybe able to just replace the boot what kind of noise are you hearing wheel bearings going to be more of a howling grinding depending on how bad it is and axle would be clicking i just replaced passenger side wheel bearing on my accord if yours is anything like mine i put a new rotor on at the same time since they designed it my wheel bearing has to come out to replace rotor which sucks lol
