P0219 Over Speed Condtion Date?
Would anyone know if the P0219 code has a date stamp attached to it?
I was told that when the car is overeved and throws this silent code that it pulls a report from all the sensors and saves it, but the dealership said they werent sure if it saved a datestamp.
I just have a hard time believing that it pulls reports from 160 sensors but dosent show a date. Any info would be great since I can hopefully prove that I was not the owner of the vehicle when this happened.

It doesn't have a date (well the scanner i use at work doesn't snap on modis). But the code will so up in the freeze frame. It will show the map reading and the tps sensor reading. and what rpm the motor got to. If you are trying to get a warranty claim. Once the dealer see's this code they can choose to void the entire warranty. Doesn't matter when the code was set.
a honda hds or mvci which is what a honda dealer uses will not show a date. and it only shows about 10 sensors give or take the year and code #.
