I have a 1995 Honda Civic EX with a D16Z6. It idles really rough when at a stop, but only when my lights or A/C is on. It drives fine, but it seems like i dont have all the power. I also smell gas when idling. Ive replaced the IACV, spark plugs, fuel filter and ECT sensor. Its not throwing any codes at all. Ive checked for vacuum leaks and the voltage on all the sensors. Ive been looking through forums and people are saying it could be my timing, ELD or my ECU. I need some insight from other people.
