my crx will not rev over 3k its got obd0 to obd1 jumper harness on it. i changed out distro didnt help changed to obd0 ecu didnt help have a couple of wires undone under dash and one wire that ran to engine bay that i have no idea where it pluged into. any ideas?

 

Ok you said you changed out your distributor, but was it an obd1 dizzy? And if you have a jumper harness on your car then you should have an obd1 dizzy and ecu, so why would you try and run it with an obd0 ecu? When my car wouldn't rev past 3k it was an injector that was cracked so that might be worth taking a look at.

 

idk how to explain it my buddy(honda guy) did it the other night so i just did what he did to see if it was throwing codes,and ill check injectors but dont think its it, its a revlimiter not a fuel issue

 

check codes, and make sure you have all the right components.
