Default Spark, No fuel. Need car badly this week

Hey guys, I got a 95 cx with a b series swap. I redid the wiring harness and while doing that I did not touch a single injector wire. Now that i put it all back together it will not start. I checked for spark and I have it. Timing is good and the fuel pump works. There is just no fuel getting into the motor. Please help. I have searched and the only thing that came up is to add a ground wire to both the ecu ground and the main relay ground. Btw the main relay is new as well. Thanks for your help guys.

should be ok. I dont have a tester for it but it is definitely moving the gas. I loosened the bolt on the fuel filter and gas came squirting out

You may want to check out a fuel pressure test kit from the parts store, or just buy a gauge for about 30 bones. Pressure doesn't mean the right pressure. It will help you isolate the problem.

Alright so, it has to be something with the wiring. Checked tonight and the main relay was not clicking at all. I am going to add a ground to the relay and a ground to the ecu ground and see if that helps at all. This sucks. I just re worked the whole wiring harness too.

Yup, tight and cleaned. Worked on it more today. added the ground and nothing. So the main relay is not clicking at all and when I plug the jumper in to get the code nothing happens. CHecked all the grounds and they are all good. I dunno what to do. Also the ecu is chipped with a phearable.net chip and I had a friend install it who has done plenty of chips before. Any help is appreciated. I need this car asap

Also, which fuses does the power run through for the ecu? I know a wire runs from the ecu to the main relay but which one is it? thanks

1) Does the fuel pump prime?
2) Do the fuel injectors spray fuel when the engine is cranked?
3) Is there bright white spark at all 4 spark plugs?
4) When the key is turned to ON(II), does the CEL remain on steady?
5) Is the mechanical off by a tooth or two?

If you jump terminal 1 to terminal 7 in the main relay connector, does the fuel pump run?

If you jump terminal 5 to terminal 7 in the main relay connector with the key in ON(II), does the fuel pump run?

Did you have the key in ON(II)? If so, check whether 15A dash fuse 24 is blown.

Just checked it. There was no fuse in that spot. Guess it must have been removed while I was working on the car. Too bad my battery is dead. Once I get a chance to just it we will see if it runs.

The engine definitely won't start or run without a good fuse 24 installed.

Good fuse in. Tried to start. Still not running but a cel popped up as i cranked. Im going to check the cel. Is there another fuse for main relay and fuel pump?

Check whether fuse 24 blew while you cranked the engine.

Fuse 24 good. Threw a code 4. Which is a crank position sensor? We don't have them on our car do we?

Cool. I got another one of those in the garage. Let me switch em out and see what happens. I checked the plugs and it seems like theere is no gas getting squirted on them and the pump is working. But it still wouldnt start

A bad ICM/igniter unit would NOT throw code 4.

For code 4, test the CKP sensor resistance and the two CKP wires for a short or open.

Does the fuel pump now prime for 2 seconds when the key is turned from off to ON(II)?

no. I thought so but it is hard wired. The previous owner must have done it. Once I remove that wire the pump stops. I swithed the ignitor unit and still a code 4. Which wires are they? I don't have a tester currently.

Return the fuel pump wires to stock. It's dangerous for the fuel pump to run constantly.
