Junk.......
Do yourself and engine a favor and buy either Skunk2 Pro2s or Pro3s if your setup really demands it.......

What is the rest of your setup?

210@7700 is as descriptive as saying Honda 4cyl.

Biggest reason people even buy Crower is its CHEAP! You get what you pay for.......

C'mon dude......Thats such a generic statement.....
What if that 210 was on a Mustang Dyno with a stock usdm h22 and DC header? Just sayin' .....I know thats NOT the case though! lol
Using an upgraded valvetrain and modding your head for sub-par cams just doesn't seem bright.

GL finding too many people that have Crower 3s....I have gone out of my way in the last 7yrs to dent/halt their H22 Cam sales.....

Be real no ones gunna run crower 3's with a stock jdm h22 I dont even think its possible with stock block. Not enough compression.

650hp on 21psi... Wastegate.
NIRvtec is an idiot. Miller was going around saying be had some magical cams and come to find out they were BC cams. If you don't know who Chris Miller is, search on YouTube.

I have some for sale, I got web cams now... Now I just need to save my money for the 72/85 and sell my 372 turbo

440ish, on a H23, and they were the 2 and 3/4 cams. Would of made much more if my intercooler didn't heatsoak and cause detonation.

I've seen Pro1's break, several times. Jus sayin.

Useless running crower 3's on a stock block. 10:6:1 compression ratio is not enough you will actully loose power if you over kill on the cams. Stage 1 or 2 crower cams will put down more power on a stock h22 block over the crower 3's

And still lack-luster at that.

Pretty dyno #s, but has the car made a clean & respectable pass yet?
Almost seems like a shameless plug to sell your Crowers that apparently weren't good enough for your setup.
Besides, the OP asked about Crower 3s, not Crower Turbo Cams.

Fixed.

I have seen the best results time and time again from Skunk2 and JUN.
Surprisingly, JUN has kicked *** on some people's stock h22 setups, as have any Skunk2, sans Pro3s. Did you see that guys dyno of the stock h22 making power to 8200rpm with JUNs?

Who said they were turbo cams? Just because I don't post what the car has done in the 1/4, doesn't mean anything. Does mid 6's in the 1/8 on wastegate tell you anything?

I could actually see those working pretty good with a turbo setup, they really arent that big at all... for an all motor car not so much though.

my setup with the crower 3s

11.5:1
89mm bore
.5mm oversized valves (low comp)
decked head .004
eagle h beam rods
sk2 valve train
crower retainers
port and polish
gutted stock IM
short ram intake
DSM 450cc
2.5in cat back

the bad
shitty ebay header
short ram intake
stock tb
VAFC2 tune

210whp at 7700 with power curve still goin up on dynojet
ran a 14.1 on street tires
i feel like it will make good power till 9000 but that is only a guess

future plans
Good header, bisi smsp or rmf
ITBs
hondata

Any suggestions on a G23 setup

F23 stock block rebuilt
H22 head stock
K20 SI pistons
H22 tranny
Skunk2 IM
DC headers
P28 chrome untuned (going for E85)

245 compression on each cylinder, dry.
Any idea of what it could put out with that comp?

Thx in advance

compression test doesnt necissarily tell you what your compression is, it just lets you know your cylinder is holding compression. Your cam lobe and overlap has alot to do with your actual compression
