98 RL no spark after engine swap

98 RL no spark after engine swap
just finished swapping out an RL and there's no spark. Fuel relay works but no spark. This engine is from a Honda Legend and i kept the intake manifold, vacuum hoses, fuel rail from the original motor. Any ideas of why its not starting?
